About the trainer

This session will be delivered by Tess Cooper, an expert facilitator and the founder of Collaborative Future. Prior to setting up Collaborative Future Tess has led multi-discipline teams across the technology, charity, education and publishing sectors. Tess advocates for a ‘people-first’ approach to work and has spoken extensively about her belief that when building effective teams and communities many of us mistakenly get distracted by the latest tools and forget the purpose of collaboration.

You will leave this session with enough understanding about how to get the most of remote collaboration software in a way that supports and enhances your interactions with one another, rather than allowing the technology to distract or become a barrier to meaningful collaboration.
