At Collaborative Future we believe equal treatment is not fair treatment. We all face different barriers and have different needs within our work and taking a “one-size fits all” approach compounds inequalities and injustice within our society and workplaces.
During this panel discussion we’ll hear from various people on how organisations can centre different people’s wellbeing to create a more equitable way of living and working.
